Re-Texturing TOS

- DO NOT REDO THE ENTIRE TEXTURE
- I provide a hueshiftable version for every asset, you may use this in an editing program to get your desired color
- DO NOT REMOVE MY LOGO - this includes from the texture AND normal map
- I usually provide masks, but If you need more masks you can make them.
- If you need a custom texture contact me via my server!
- You may add names, logos, patterns etc to the textures
- DO NOT REPLACE MY LOGO

Avatar TOS

- You cannot price-split, share, resell, leak, trade or take my Avatars. Please get them yourself via my Gumroad/Payhip/Jinxxy.
- Do NOT set my avatar as public on your account. Setting models for cloning or world pedestals is not allowed.
- Do NOT upload my avatar onto anyone else's account as the purchase made is for your account only and they would need to purchase the avatar themselves.
- In order to upload an avatar for someone else you must OPEN A TICKET IN MY DISCORD SERVER, Show me proof of purchase FOR BOTH PARTIES, and GET MY CONFIRMATION.
- Do NOT claim my avatars as your own. Even edited/modified they are my creation and you need to provide credit where necessary.
- DO NOT REMOVE MY LOGO FROM THE TEXTURES
- If you use my avatar in streaming, you must provide credit in your panels. Even if it has been edited/modified by yourself or commissioned. YOU CANNOT CLAIM OWNERSHIP OR THE DESIGN

Commissioned Rules

Please read this and consider my rules before commissioning me!
- I accept payment through my PayPal or Cashapp
- MY PRICING WILL VARY BASED ON WHAT YOU COMMISSION ME, THE TIME IT TAKES AND THE DIFFICULTY OF THE TASK
- I ask for payment Half now Half later. This means that you have to pay me half up front, and the rest when the avatar/asset will be finished! The final price will often be higher as I mentioned before. I increase the price if I face any difficulties! PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND! I do this in order to protect myself as well as you!

Avatar Commissions

- Price starts at $60, and increases based on difficulty. Keep in mind that Scratch Assets are more sometimes expensive than assets I buy!
- If you commission me for an avatar, please provide a reference sheet, or inspiration photos for what you want me to create! It makes it easier for me to bring your vision into reality!
- If you ask me to buy an asset to put it on an avatar, we must follow the assets TOS. This usually means we BOTH need to purchase the asset!
- If you ask me to buy an asset to put it on an avatar, Unless I already own the asset, I will ask for you to pay for it for me. This will be included at the final price.
- If you allow me to sell an altered version of the scratch assets I make for your commission on my shop, the price will decrease. More details below.
- All Avatar TOS applies to Commissioned Avatars!

About me

I’m Dinzee, a digital designer, animator, and 3D artist with a love for all things virtual reality. I’ve always believed that the way we present ourselves, whether it’s through clothes or avatars, tells a story about who we are. That idea is what inspired me to start creating custom outfits for VR platforms, giving people new ways to show off their style and personality in digital spaces.When I’m not modeling virtual clothes in Blender, you’ll probably find me exploring VR worlds, hanging out with friends, or playing some video games in my community discord. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone else bring my designs to life on their avatar.This magazine is a little window into my world: my thoughts on self-expression, my creative process, and the way VR has completely changed how we connect, dress, and exist in digital spaces.
