• By purchasing, downloading, using, editing, commissioning, or otherwise accessing my products, you agree to follow this TOS.• Purchasing or downloading my work gives you a license to use it. Ownership of the original work, files, designs, textures, and branding remains with me, Dinzee.• You may NOT price-split, share, leak, trade, resell, redistribute, reupload, or give away my files in any way.• Do NOT claim my work as your own, even if it has been edited, modified, retextured, or commissioned.• You may NOT remove, replace, hide, or edit out my logo from textures, normal maps, files, or branding unless I have given written permission.• Proper credit is required when using my work publicly, commercially, in content, commissions, or on for-sale avatars. Please credit me as Dinzee_1 and link the specific product page when possible.• You may NOT use any of my work — including assets, avatars, textures, renders, photos, videos, promotional content, or branding — for AI training, generative AI, machine learning datasets, or similar technologies in any way, shape, or form.• My products are digital items and are non-refundable. • Assets may be used on:* Personal avatars
* Private avatars
* Public avatars
* Commercial avatars
* For-sale avatars
* Free avatars
* Nitro avatars• Assets may be used for avatar commissions as long as both the commissioner and the client legally own the asset.• Assets must be used on completed avatars only.• You may NOT use my assets, meshes, textures, materials, or files to create your own standalone resale products.• You may edit, retexture, and customize my assets for personal or commercial avatar use as long as my original work is still recognizable and all Global Rules are followed.• Retextures, edits, and commissioned modifications do NOT transfer ownership of the original asset.• If using my assets commercially or on for-sale avatars, proper credit is required.• You are allowed to port my assets to other games and social VR platforms such as VRChat, Resonite, ChilloutVR, and NeosVR.• If you wish to gift an asset to another user, you must do so through the proper storefront gifting methods or by contacting me directly. Do NOT send purchased files to others manually.• Some products may contain additional product-specific rules listed on the product page. Those rules also apply upon purchase and use.
• Avatars are licensed for use on your personal account only unless otherwise approved by me directly.• You may NOT upload, share, redistribute, leak, trade, resell, or publicly distribute my avatars or avatar files.• You may NOT set my avatars as public, cloneable, or place them on public world pedestals unless I have explicitly stated otherwise.• Uploading one of my avatars to another person’s account requires:* Proof of purchase from both parties
* My approval
* A ticket opened through my Discord server• You may edit, customize, retexture, optimize, or commission edits of my avatars as long as all involved parties legally own the avatar.• Edited, modified, or commissioned versions of my avatars do NOT transfer ownership of the original work or design.• You may NOT reuse parts of my avatars to create standalone resale products, avatar bases, or packages unless explicitly permitted.• If using my avatars in streams, videos, promotional content, showcases, or social media posts, proper credit is appreciated and may be required depending on usage.• My avatars may contain third-party assets. You are responsible for following the original creators’ TOS for any included assets when applicable.• NSFW avatars and products are strictly intended for 18+ users only.• You are allowed to port my avatars to other games and social VR platforms such as VRChat, Resonite, ChilloutVR, and NeosVR.• Some avatars may contain additional avatar-specific rules listed on the product page. Those rules also apply upon purchase and use.
COMMISSION RULES• All commissions are handled through my VGen page. Please read all commission information, pricing details, requirements, and policies listed there before contacting me.• Commission pricing varies depending on complexity, workload, requested features, assets used, revisions, and overall project difficulty.• Unless otherwise agreed upon, commissions typically require a 50% upfront payment before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the commission before final files are delivered.• Estimated pricing shown on VGen or elsewhere may change depending on project scope, additional requests, or unexpected technical difficulties discovered during production.• Clients are responsible for providing clear references, inspiration images, descriptions, and any necessary assets required for the commission.• Commissioners may be required to purchase third-party assets separately if I do not already own them.• All commissioned work remains subject to my Global Rules, Asset TOS, Avatar TOS, and any additional product-specific rules when applicable.• Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, I retain the right to showcase commissioned work in portfolios, advertisements, social media posts, streams, videos, store previews, and promotional content.

About me
I’m Dinzee, a digital designer, animator, and 3D artist with a love for all things virtual reality. I’ve always believed that the way we present ourselves, whether it’s through clothes or avatars, tells a story about who we are. That idea is what inspired me to start creating custom outfits for VR platforms, giving people new ways to show off their style and personality in digital spaces.When I’m not modeling virtual clothes in Blender, you’ll probably find me exploring VR worlds, hanging out with friends, or playing some video games in my community discord. Nothing makes me happier than seeing someone else bring my designs to life on their avatar.This magazine is a little window into my world: my thoughts on self-expression, my creative process, and the way VR has completely changed how we connect, dress, and exist in digital spaces.
